Saturday, 23 June 2007...GEMPAK beb!
Apa yang gempak tu? We all bertiga went to JJ at S2 sebab Pa & Ma kata nak beli my milk powder and Nestle Rusk perasa pisang on our way back to our Seremban home from kampung Ma. When we got there, we heard loud music from the main foyer area...tengok2 ada program roadshow GEMPAK Selebriti Astro sempena sambutan 50 Tahun Kemerdekaan. Apa kena mengena kemerdekaan dengan nyanyian tu I sendiri pun tak tahu.
Anyway, Pa as usual sempat rakam a couple of shots celebrity yang perform masa we all were there. Tengok ler...
Zoom in...ooh...Edlin and Nora of AF fame.
Ni Zahid...one of the AF juara dulu.
Ada pulak the guys buat performance headed by Alam of Wayang Kita.
And what did I get at JJ?....Ma bought me another animal toy. Kali ni Sang Siput warna biru. Cun habis..and I terus grab toy tu immediately bila Pa let me try...tak mau lepas2. So Ma kena ler bayar.
Sambil minum susu pun I tak lepaskan my new "Siput".

From JJ we headed for Senawang Giant to get the milk powder...kat JJ dah out of stock pulak. Kat sana we all stopped by for a bite kat this restaurant called Bunga Raya. OK tempat tu kata Ma...so we all tried it.

...and the food? Ma had this nasi goreng ikan masin. Looks yummy!

I also get to enjoy the view masa makan.
Pa makan apa pulak? He only wanted something light...so he ordered roti telor with teh-o limau suam. Masa we all nak ke kedai makan tu it started to rain sampai ler we all balik rumah. Tak apa lah...Pa boleh payungkan I dengan Ma. Sayang....Pa!....and Ma!

That was our Saturday afternoon jalan-jalan. Jumpa lagi!

Siti Mariana. I have never met Capt Suhaimi Aziz, 47, but my heart goes out to him right now. He's out there looking for his 22-year-old daughter, Siti Mariana, who has been missing since Friday night. The Malaysia Airlines pilot lodged a police report at 4.15 am (Saturday) and has n't stopped searching for his girl since. He has sent sms to all his friends asking for them to pass the message around and for people to look out for his daughter. One of his friends relayed the sms to me as I was having supper with my girls. I have just spoken to the Capt, to get more details about what happened. "I don't know what to do, except to pray and to keep looking," he said.
Siti Mariana was driving her metallic grey Kancil BHF 7472 on the way to meet her boyfriend in Klang between 7 pm and 8pm yesterday (Friday). Her last sms to her boyfriend was after 6, telling him that she was on her way to pick him up. The last year bio-medical student at Kolej Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Shah Alam never reached her boyfriend's place.
I pray that Suhaimi will find his girl, safe and sound.
